Whitespace is using WCL’s Gateway with a centralised event manager, so when a risk status changes in Whitespace, an updated GPM is automatically collected from Whitespace and pushed out to the client.
The client can decide at what stages in the Placing process they receive these updates – from Quote all the way through to SLA. The GPM can be sent with or without the associated MRC document.
In the proof of concept work each client is taken through the following steps:
Whitespace creates a client/WCL account in their sandbox environment and sends WCL the token. WCL then configures the connections between the Whitespace and client gateways. WCL or the client create test data in Whitespace and WCL test GPM and document retrieval, and post the output to the client’s gateway. Finally, the client collects the GPM and document from a Whitespace queue within their gateway and, if required, loads the GPM and/or the document into a downstream system.
