London, 30 June, 2021: WCL, a Zywave company, is a software business based in London that improves the flow of business in (re)insurance markets worldwide, has announced the appointment of Diane Danbury as Client Services Product Owner.
Based in London, Diane Danbury (née Hoskins) will be responsible for developing WCL’s Placing solutions as part of its strategic growth plans. She will also work with existing clients to ensure that their current solutions are delivering the best possible service.
Diane brings with her more than 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry, having spent the last 15 years in the insurance software space. Most recently, she served as Service Manager at LIMOSS, where she worked with the Service Desk Manager to launch the Service Desk and provided market background and knowledge of the London Market Target Operating Model (LM TOM) market initiatives that moved to LIMOSS. Prior to that, she was a consultant for the Lloyd’s LM TOM project, working in vendor integration, Central Services Refresh Programme (CSRP) and Structured Data Capture. From 2012 to 2018, Diane worked for WCL as Business Analyst and Client Service Manager. Throughout her career, Diane has held various roles such as Claims Manager at CE Heaths, Policy Wordings & Training Manager at Claytons, System Process Manager at Locktons and Training Manager at Tysers.
